Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?
  • Scroll through our clothing categories and click on the image of the item you require.
    Select the size, colour and quantity.
  • Click to ‘continue shopping’ OR ‘check out’.
  • Select your delivery options of 1st or 2nd class.
  • Enter your method of payment, either debit or credit card and enter your card details via our online Worldpay link.
  • You will be asked for your name, email and delivery address.
  • An email will be sent to you confirming your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?

UK deliveries:

This is based on the delivery option you have selected.

  • Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class aims to deliver your parcel the next working day, including Saturdays.
  • Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class aims to deliver your parcel in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays.

International deliveries

We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For services which aim to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days.

What if I want to exchange my item(s)
  • Email us at sales@labelsandlove.co.uk detailing which item(s) you wish to exchange.
  • We will then email you a form to complete and include in your returns package.
  • Securely wrap your item(s) for return and post the package back to us within 15 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please obtain a proof of postage and keep safe as we may require this as proof of your return.
  • Once we’ve received the parcel and the item(s) is/are still with original tags attached, we’ll cover the postage to send the new item to you. Please note, we’ll only pay this postage for one exchange.
What if I want to return my item(s)?
  • Email us at sales@labelsandlove.co.uk detailing which item(s) you wish to return.
  • We will then email you a form to complete and include in your returns package.
  • Securely wrap your item(s) for return and post the package back to us within 15 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Please obtain a proof of postage and keep safe as we may require this as proof of your return.
  • We promise to provide a refund (excluding postage) as long as it’s returned to us in a saleable condition with original tags still attached, with 15 days from the date of dispatch.
  • Refunds will be processed within 28 days of our receipt of goods, usually via the method by which you paid for your item(s).
When will an exchange or refund not be accepted?

The only times we don’t accept an exchange or return is if there are signs of the item(s) being worn or damaged by you, if the item is returned incomplete, if the tags have been removed or if it’s returned outside the 15 days from date of dispatch.

How can I pay for my item(s)?

We accept debit card and credit cards.

Is there a charge to pay by credit card?

No.

How do I know my card details are safe?

Your card details are processed by our payments partner Worldpay. As a leading provider of online payments, Worldpay adhere to strict industry standards meaning your card details are protected.

When will I receive a receipt?

A receipt will be enclosed in your parcel and posted with your item(s).

You will also get a payment receipt from Worldpay and an email account invoice from us electronically.
